Live countdown to the London open. See which session is active right now, when the high-volume NY overlap begins, and when the Eaglics pre-session forecast publishes.
Every trading day, the EUR/USD and EUR/GBP daily high and low forecast is available in the dashboard before 08:00 UTC, so you enter the session with a defined range, not guesswork.
The London session is the most important trading window in the forex market. It accounts for over 35% of total daily forex volume and produces the majority of each pair's daily range, particularly for EUR/USD, EUR/GBP, and GBP/USD, where European price action dominates.
The London-New York overlap (13:00–16:00 UTC) concentrates the highest institutional participation and macro catalyst density of the day. For range traders, the session high and low are almost always set within this combined London window, which is exactly why the Eaglics pre-session forecast targets this window specifically.

The Eaglics model publishes the daily high and low forecast before 08:00 UTC, before the London session opens, for a specific reason: once institutional order flow enters the market at the London open, the range begins forming. A forecast that arrives after the session starts is not a pre-session forecast. It is a guess about a range already in progress.
Publishing before London opens means subscribers can check the forecast, set their structural range references, and enter the session with a defined framework, not a reactive one. That timing is the product.
The London forex session opens at 08:00 UTC every weekday. During British Summer Time (BST, late March to late October), this is 08:00 local time in London (09:00 Central European Time). During GMT (winter), London time and UTC are the same. The session closes at 16:00 UTC.
The London-New York overlap runs from 13:00 to 16:00 UTC (08:00 to 11:00 New York time). This 3-hour window is the highest-volume, most volatile period of the forex trading day. EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and most major pairs form a disproportionate share of their daily range during this overlap.
The London session opens at 03:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST) in winter (when the US is on standard time) and 04:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) in summer. The London-New York overlap begins at 08:00 EST/EDT when New York opens, and runs until 11:00 EST/EDT when London closes at 16:00 UTC.
The best time to trade EUR/USD is the London session (08:00–16:00 UTC), particularly the first two hours after the open and the London-New York overlap (13:00–16:00 UTC). These windows carry the highest institutional participation, tightest spreads, and most macro catalyst density. The Asian session (00:00–08:00 UTC) typically produces the smallest EUR/USD range.
The New York forex session runs from 13:00 to 22:00 UTC (08:00 to 17:00 EST). It overlaps with the London session from 13:00 to 16:00 UTC, which is the highest-volume window. After 16:00 UTC, New York continues alone until 22:00 UTC, after which the Asian session takes over.
The Eaglics pre-session daily range forecast is published before the London open every trading day, typically between 06:00 and 07:30 UTC. Subscribers see today's forecasted high and low in their dashboard before institutional order flow enters the market. EUR/GBP is published free on the EUR/GBP proof-of-concept page, no login required.
