Eaglics provides a quantitative daily forex range forecasting service. The Service delivers pre-session high and low price forecasts for selected currency pairs based on mathematical and statistical models applied to historical price data. Eaglics does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading signals, or portfolio management services.
All content, forecasts, and analytical outputs provided by Eaglics are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. Eaglics is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. You should not make any financial decision based solely on information provided by Eaglics without conducting your own independent research and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified financial professional.
Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. The use of leverage in forex trading can result in losses that exceed your initial investment. Past performance, including any forecast accuracy data displayed on this site, does not guarantee future results. Eaglics forecasts are probabilistic in nature, they represent statistically probable ranges, not guaranteed price levels. You should not trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.
Access to the Service requires payment of the applicable subscription fee. All payments are processed through NowPayments and accepted in cryptocurrency. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once a payment has been confirmed on the blockchain and account access has been granted. Eaglics reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Eaglics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, share account credentials with third parties, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eaglics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any losses incurred in trading activities based on or influenced by Eaglics forecasts.
Eaglics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
